- Once your order has been processed, it will be prepared for shipment and handed over to our delivery partner.
Shipping & Delivery
- Estimated shipping time is 3–5 business days after your order has been processed.
- We offer countrywide delivery, ensuring customers across the country can receive their orders.
- Total estimated delivery time is typically 4–7 business days from the date your order is placed.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, high order volumes, or courier delays beyond our control.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive a shipping confirmation or tracking information (where available) to help you monitor your delivery.
Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional time or charges to resolve.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery cannot be completed because the recipient is unavailable or the address provided is incorrect, our team or delivery partner may contact you to arrange a new delivery.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or if any items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
